You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. The return must be received at our facility within this timeframe. We recommend starting the return process as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.

Return shipping labels are not provided. All return shipping costs and label creation are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Condition Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure your item meets these condition standards:

  • No Signs of Wear: Items should show no evidence of being worn, used, or washed
  • All Tags Attached: Original price tags, care labels, and security tags must remain intact
  • No Damage: Items must be free from stains, tears, holes, or any other damage
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with all inserts and documentation
  • Hygiene Items: Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.

  4. Refund Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refund Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account
